个人中心下半部改为项目库＋多策略；同一用户渠道与使用端最多启用一套，并由系统保护 Log Out。
The lower half of Personal Center becomes an item library plus multiple strategies, with one active strategy per scope and protected Log Out.
1️⃣ 用户渠道与使用端组成四个独立范围；列表筛选标签在左、下拉在右。 Platform and Surface form four isolated scopes; labels stay left of their list filters. PRD §1.1～§1.3
2️⃣ 每范围最多 20 项，包含禁用项目与系统 Log Out；每项只维护一份英文显示文字与一张图标，两者分开。 Each scope supports up to 20 items including disabled items and system Log Out; each item has one English display text and one separately maintained icon. PRD §2.1～§2.3、AC2～AC4
3️⃣ 每套策略可选 1～20 项；Log Out 自动加入、默认置底但可调序，项目与目标页面都不得重复。 Each strategy selects 1–20 items; Log Out is auto-added at the bottom but reorderable, with no duplicate item or target page. PRD §3.1、AC6～AC8
4️⃣ 状态沿用后台文字形制：启用为一般文字，禁用为红字；新增与复制默认禁用。 Status stays text-only: Enabled is ordinary text, Disabled is red; new and copied strategies start disabled. PRD §3.1、§3.3、AC7、AC9
5️⃣ 普通项目下拉隐藏 Logout；客户端 H5 使用 17 项白名单，代理后台另有 Team 与 All Agents，共 19 项。 Logout is hidden from normal-item targets; Client H5 uses 17 allowlisted pages, while Agent adds Team and All Agents for 19. PRD §4、AC5

这份原型刻意不画的
不画未来代理线分配 UI，也不另画管理员日志；底层保留直接代理 → 最近祖先 → 范围启用策略 → Log Out 的关联能力。
Future agent-line assignment UI and a separate Admin Log panel are omitted; storage preserves direct agent → nearest ancestor → scope strategy → Log Out resolution.

STR／PCI 编号、名称、图标档名与时间皆为验收资料；上线初始值以迁移结果为准。
STR/PCI IDs, names, icon filenames, and timestamps are test data; launch data depends on migration.
