本需求改了什么
按渠道录入与删除精确单 IP；保留分页。Add/delete exact individual IPs per channel; retain pagination.

标注
1️⃣渠道、IP、操作人、时间联合筛选；导出已查询条件。Filter by platform/IP/administrator/time; export the applied query.

2️⃣全选仅当前页；行操作只有删除。Select current page only; Delete is the sole row action.

3️⃣手动与 CSV 二选一；不显示逐行失败。Choose manual or CSV; no row-level failures.

测试用的参数
数据仅浏览器内模拟；授权渠道改变后清空查询与选择。CSV 任务中心与日志沿用系统，不新增页面。Browser-only data; platform-scope changes reset filters/selection. Existing Task Center/logs are not new screens.
状态切换
这份原型刻意不画的
编辑、启停、网段转换器、行级历史、日志／任务中心独立页面。Editing, toggles, range converter, row history and separate log/Task Center pages.
占位资料说明
BRAND、IP、账号、ID、时间与结果均为合成测试值。页大小使用截图中的 20 笔示意，不另订业务默认值。Brands, IPs, accounts, IDs, times and outcomes are synthetic. The 20-row page follows the screenshot example, not a new business default.
